Welcome to the Charlton RTC blog

This blog is available for to all that wish to submit their opinions, ideas, regardless of their party affiliation with the understanding that it is a conservative blog with values that favor the republican party. Criticizing the republican party in general is fine, but try to make it thoughtful, get to the point, and maybe a bit of humor is always good. Having said that, look at this blog as a way to express your ideas that are in your and the community's best interests. All can participate, have fun, and aren't we all family?? Local issues of Charlton, Massachusetts such as property taxes, the highway barn, new cable contract, public safety, education costs, healthcare, the town's leadership & direction are a few subjects that would be a welcome viewpoint for all of Charlton citizens via this blog. If you are brand new to Charlton or one of the "old-timers" the technology age is here to vent your opinion, to be heard in written form and displayed to all. DON'T worry about SPELLING mistakes! You have an idea, express it. Why are we in Iraq? Are you aware that the terrorist from 9/11 drove through Charlton. MA ? Why is the library closing its hours? We paid so much for that library therefore, what is the fuss all about with the highway barn... It's cheaper than the library. What happend to the FIREWorks for OLD HOME DAY ?? Will the library be open on that day ? (just some starter subjects & thoughts)

I have lived in Charlton now for over 10 years. It is the home of our family and we wish only the best for everyone that lives in this town (can't help ya if you're not alive). I am a person that wants lower taxes. Who doesn't? (Im sure someone out there wants socialized everything)...this may not be the blog for you - good luck. One last thought......I can't wait for that LOWE's to open up! Im getting sic of home dumpo in that other town.
